Each Web Design requires a signed contract and a deposit. Submit your completed contract to us for processing; providing a contact number and best time to call to discuss the contract and web details and answer any questions you may have. 

 

     The Maintenance Plan is not necessary for you to have at the start of your web site but is always good to have to prevent costly fees.  We have hourly, monthly and annual maintenance plans available.  We offer FREE 30 days maintenance after services are completed.

Typically it takes 3-4 weeks to complete your web design. Please be mindful not providing the necessary documentation, graphics etc can cause a delay in services being rendered in a timely manner.

You may complete the documents with Acrobat Reader or print and complete and scan and email or fax files for processing. Upon receipt of all required documentation and deposit, additional information will be requested to begin your design (i.e, photos, verbiage, graphics, etc). Communication is essential during the designing and building of your site. Please make sure you provide the most current contact information when filling out the documents.
