​Deposits and Refunds 

 

• A 50% deposit is required at the time order is placed for printed material and a 20% deposit on Web Design

• All Deposits are Non-Refundable.

• Before an approval of a refund being issued all printed materials must be returned. 

• If you choose to keep the printed material no refund will be issued.

 

 Reprints and Credits

 

• We will issue a credit on your account if you choose to have the product/services reprinted at a later date. It is required that you MUST return the printed material to be issued a credit

• Expenses associated with all returns are at the discretion of the customer

• Customers are only allowed up to 3 reprints after that a reprint fee will be charged. .

 

Processing

 

• Normal processing time is 2-5 business days for standard printing requests

• Web Design can take up to 4-6 weeks for completion depending on the design chosen

• Processing time does not include shipping (if applies) on printed material

• Processing time (s) may vary depending on services chosen

 

Proofs (optional)

 

• Three proofs will be provided for customer’s approval prior to printing

• Each time a new proof is requested this will cause a delay in printing

• A signature will be required as a form of approval on your proof. Each new approved proof will require a new signature

 

Shipping

 

• All orders are shipped standard ground and a tracking number (s) will be provided for your convenience.

• Other shipping methods are available. If you have an account with a desired shipping company be ready to provide your account information

• Allow 2-3 business days for shipping locally and another 2 business days for out of state. Depending on your location time may vary
